Valroy Binsbacher is a co-founder of the Binsbacher, Dawson & Henke, LLC Law Firm located in Mascoutah, Illinois. Mr. Binsbacher graduated from Central Methodist College and then attended the University of Missouri Law School where he graduated in November, 1972. During his final year in Law School, he concentrated his studies in the areas of estate and business planning. He began his career as a lawyer in O’Fallon, Illinois with the Robert Hayes Law Firm. He later worked in the firms of McRoberts, Sheppard, McRoberts and Wimmer, Edgemont, Illinois, and Schroeder Poston & Binsbacher, Mascoutah, Illinois.
In August, 1979 he, together with Attorney Brad Barkau, founded Binsbacher and Barkau, P.C. In July, 1990, he started his own law firm known as Valroy Binsbacher, P.C. In January, 2007, Binsbacher & Griffithe, LLC was formed for the practice of law with Maurice R. Griffithe and Valroy Binsbacher. In December of 2016, Binsbacher, Griffithe & Dawson, LLC was formed for the practice of law with Valroy Binsbacher, Maurice R. Griffithe, and Kevin Dawson. Throughout his career, Mr. Binsbacher has concentrated in the areas of estate and business planning, estate administraton, real estate and probate law. Kevin T. Dawson. Kevin is a co-founder of Binsbacher, Dawson & Henke, LLC. Prior to arriving at the firm, Kevin specialized in litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, in a variety of complex civil matters. After graduating from Mascoutah High School, Kevin received a baseball scholarship and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from McKendree College in 2002. In 2004, Kevin graduated with a Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law. Kevin is licensed to practice law in the state and federal courts of Illinois and Missouri. Membership affiliations include the Illinois State Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association and St. Clair County Bar Association. Kevin is also a member, or serves on the board of, several Mascoutah civic and charitable organizations. He is an avid Cardinals fan and now focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, guardianships, real estate, business entities and contracts, as well as complex civil litigation. Publications include an analysis of repetitive trauma injuries under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act, which was published in the Illinois Trial Journal, Spring 2007. Dean Henke. Dean Henke is an attorney with Binsbacher, Dawson & Henke, LLC. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a large Midwestern law firm practicing in the areas of commercial, construction, and complex civil litigation. Dean is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Illinois and Missouri. He focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation, business entities and contracts, real estate, and estate planning and administration. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, St. Clair County Bar Association, and Missouri Bar Association.
Dean grew up in Alamogordo, New Mexico near Holloman Air Force Base and graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelors of Business Administration. In 2012, Dean graduated cum laude from Saint Louis University School of Law with a certificate in civil litigation. During law school, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. Melissa has been working as a paralegal for 22 years. She specializes in Estate Planning, Corporations, Trust Administration, and Estate Administration.
